I’m Danielle Gary
Certified Master IEP Coach®

I’ve worked in education for over 18 years. As a certified General and Special Education Teacher, School Counselor, and the parent of a student with multiple disabilities, I witnessed many obstacles and barriers from behind the scenes and have dedicated nearly two decades to helping parents through this process.

I have experienced plenty of adversarial meetings and am all too familiar with the toll that it takes on a caregiver’s wellbeing. I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.

I’ve learned through personal experiences and professional training how to collaborate effectively at the IEP table.

I believe that IEPs should be collaborative, living documents that support the WHOLE student. Using a systematic approach,
together, we will create an Empowered IEP!

There are 3 steps to get started:

  • Let’s chat about your IEP concerns. We’ll cover your top 3 worries and possible solutions.

  • We’ll design a coaching package that fits your needs, and together we will create an effective action plan to support your student

  • IEPs are a living document, and this is an ongoing journey of decision-making. I’ll be with you every step of the way.

  • Through our discussions, we may determine that you need a customized plan to support your student. While each plan will always be individualized to your learner, I am always open to thinking and collaborating outside of the box.

Specially designed instruction is meant to be individualized. Sometimes, as the expert of your child, you will be the person who brings unique insight to the team.

No more IEP details falling through the cracks! Not all services and supports are beneficial for every student. Sometimes less IS more.
